On April 13th I had Summits Exterior replace the shingles on my outdoor shed. Mr. Justin Stewart was in charge of the construction and contract. Mr. Stewart explained in very much detail what the installers would be doing. Mr. Stewart was also knowledgeable in answering my questions in reference to the work being performed. Installers showed up at a very reasonable time and immediately proceeded to do the work on the shed roof. My observation of the work being done told me that I chose the right company for shingle replacement on my shed. When the work was completed, the installers cleaned up around my shed and loaded up their truck with all of the old shingles and other debris. They also used a magnate to scan the ground around my shed for any old nails that fell from the roof. I want to give Mr. Stewart and the workers a five star rating because of the professional behavior they showed while completing my project. I will recommend Summits Exterior to anyone that asks me for information about a company that does this type of work. I appreciate your professionalism and your kindness which goes a long way in today’s society.

Last summer we had a hailstorm that did some pretty extensive damage to our siding, roof, and gutters. After talking to a few different companies Summit felt like the best fit; Robbie was extremely helpful and flexible through the whole process. We had solar panels that had to be removed which made things a bit more complex, but Robbie worked with us and his partners to line up a schedule that ensured everything went smoothly. Every aspect of the job was staffed with very professional and very competent staff, the roofers, siding crew, gutter crew, and solar engineers. Throughout each stage Robbie reached out to check on our satisfaction and comfort with the job/progress. Lee worked with the insurance agency to help streamline coordination for payments and inspections; this was a huge lift off our shoulders as we are not familiar with that realm of knowledge. Job was completed on time and on budget, and everything looks better than it did before post storm even. Extremely satisfied with the quality of staff and work performed. The constant dialogue to keep us updated on delivery dates, and scope, as well as reassurance and answering our questions was 5 stars. Cannot recommend this company enough. Received a roof inspection from summit which they came out and properly assessed my roof. Walked me through step by step how to go through with my insurance claim. Scope of work came back and I received a full roof repair for only the price of my deductible. Summit came out in a timely manner and replaced the roof! Last year I called to get an evaluation on my roof. I didn’t want to start any other projects until I was sure the roof was okay. The first company didn’t go on the roof and would not provide a quote when I wanted to know if it would be covered by my insurance. The second company was too busy to return my calls. I would highly recommend Summit for a new roof. The price was reasonable. Rob and Lee were good explaining the entire process, this was my first roof replacement, so they were helpful. The consultation was very good and I knew what to expect. There was a good color selection to choose from. Rob was flexible with scheduling. The crew was friendly and respectful, they completed the installation in 2 1/2 hours, did a good job with clean up except for a few nails that we found. Very pleased with the installation and no issues since the roof was replaced. I was very pleased with the overall experience.

I really can't recommend her in 100% but in summary she regained and was able to help me from my financial mess to a stable and financial balance. I invested my last $1,300 and I was restless because that was my last hope but behold she was able to help me generate the sum of $14,950 all within a week. Summit Exteriors totally rebuilt our front porch and side deck. They did an amazing job: very thorough, professional, and great attention to detail. We used a combination of Trex composite for the flooring and natural wood for the pickets, railing and steps. The natural wood was finished in a beautiful color that accented the Trex composite. We chose a finish to show the natural grain of the wood. The porch and deck are such a dramatic improvement that our normal UPS and FEDEX drivers have gone the extra mile to compliment the work.

This was a great company to work with. It started out as an insurance claim. Rob came out and did an inspection and gave me the necessary paperwork to start a claim with Nationwide. Once Nationwide sent there adjuster Rob met him at my house and they walked the roof together. After his report Nationwide gave me full coverage. Then Rob stayed in touch until the job was complete. After the work I saw no sign that they had been there except a new roof. Molly is also a pleasure to work with.

A hail storm struck the house and literally left holes that you could stick your arm through. Robbie was the first on scene and was enthusiastic the moment he stepped out of the truck. we informed him that we may choose a different contractor but he still remained enthusiastic on JUST LOOKING at the damage. Jesse from Summit Exteriors came out to our home and did a great job tuning up our roof. He was honest by saying that we didn’t need a new roof, but we did need some patches. He applied caulking patches where nails were starting to pop up and show through the shingles. He addressed those small issues right away before they could turn into bigger problems. Summit did a excellent job on my homes roof. I had a Leak in my roof, gave summit a call and they were out the following day. I ended up getting a new roof and they had my roof ripped off and installed the same day. Very professional and very thorough. I have not found 1 nail in my yard since. Would 100% use summit again for any exterior job and highly recommend to anyone

I hired Summit Exteriors for a full roof and gutter replacement and I am very pleased with the results. During the initial consultation and inspection, Charlie the rep from Summit, explained the different roofing options as well as financing. Within two weeks after we agreed on tiles and pricing, a team of 10 roofers was sent to remove the old roof and installed the new roof. Summit is a wonderful company! We recently had damage from a hail storm, and Charlie,Rob,Lee, Charlie Jr. And the whole team there took very good care of us.
